TheoHi, it's Theo, an Amazon PPC Certified Specialist

One Amazon PPC specialist who does it all, not four who rotate.

Agencies split your account between a strategist, a bid manager, an SEO analyst and an account manager. I've done all four jobs myself for six years.

§01 · Why this is different

Four things that change the outcome.

01

No management fee until we hit your target

We agree a target upfront, measured against your last 90 days.

02

Your account gets my full attention

I keep the client list small, so yours is never handed off. Clients stay for years.

03

ACoS is a diagnostic, not a strategy

Winning top of search sometimes needs a higher ACoS, so I also track TACoS, placements and keyword rank daily.

04

If the listing is the problem, I'll fix it for free

Ads can't save a listing that doesn't convert. During onboarding I check the title, bullets, backend terms, images and category indexing, and rebuild what's broken.

§02 · How we'll work together

The first ninety days.

1
Days 1–7

Diagnosis

I review the account, your margins by ASIN and your catalogue, and we agree the target. No changes yet.

2
Days 8–30

Stop the bleeding

Cut the obvious waste, then rebuild the structure in stages so we can see what worked.

3
Days 31–60

Systematic optimisation

Weekly work on bids, placements, search terms and budgets, measured against your real margins, not headline ACoS.

4
Days 61–90

Scale

New campaigns, conquesting, defence and new marketplaces. A higher ACoS here often buys top-of-search positions the account then keeps.

§03 · Case studies

Six years, three accounts, one person.

UK · Supplements

Six years on one supplement brand

£1.24M in ad-attributed sales over six years, and still running.

Supplements is one of the most expensive categories to advertise in. It's also repeat-purchase, so a 30% ACoS on a first order is worth more than it looks.

Six years with the same person: spend roughly doubled from year one and held there, with ACoS kept in range through every Prime Day and Q4.

US · Fashion

Growing spend without losing efficiency

US$349k in ad-attributed sales since 2020, with the same manager throughout.

Most accounts get less efficient as they scale. This one went the other way: in 2025 and 2026 spend rose while CPC held steady and ACoS flattened, which is what I'd point to if you asked what six years on one account buys you.

That's harder in fashion, where one product can have dozens of child ASINs bidding against each other and high returns make ad revenue overstate profit.

EU · Home improvement

A 2022 launch, now €407k in sales

EU marketplaces, home improvement. Launched with me in 2022 and still running.

As a new brand, it ran above 300% ACoS in its first months while it built initial rank. By mid-2023 it was under 30%, and it has held there for three years while sales kept climbing.
